Deposits & Reservation Policy

Please contact us before making a deposit.

To reserve your chosen puppy at Luxe Pet House, a $400 non-refundable deposit is required. This deposit secures your puppy and holds them exclusively for you for up to 40 days.

The remaining balance must be paid within this 40-day period to finalize your adoption. If the balance isn’t received in time, the reservation will be canceled, and the deposit will be forfeited.

A puppy is officially reserved only once we receive the deposit, so until then, availability cannot be guaranteed.
